Merger of the Welsh Archaeological Trusts

On 1st April 2024 the four Welsh Archaeological Trusts merged to form Heneb: the Trust for Welsh Archaeology. The regional expertise and regional service delivery which was the hallmark of the four trusts continues under the auspices of Heneb. Regional offices remain in use and key staff delivering our services has not changed.

The four regions of Heneb are:

Clwyd-Powys Archaeology

Dyfed Archaeology

Glamorgan-Gwent Archaeology

Gwynedd Archaeology
